Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Neil Taylor Photography website and the photography services provided by Neil Taylor Photography.

By using this website or booking a photography session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services

Neil Taylor Photography provides professional photography services, including actor headshots and related photography.

All services are subject to availability and may be amended or updated without prior notice.

Bookings
All photography sessions must be booked in advance.
Booking confirmation will be provided by email.
The agreed session details, including the price, duration and deliverables, will be confirmed before the photography session takes place.
A non-refundable booking deposit of £50.00 is required when making a booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance due. The deposit will be forfeited if you fail to attend your booked session without prior notice.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change but any confirmed booking will be honoured at the agreed price.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
Neil Taylor Photography reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery of Images
Final edited photographs will normally be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery times may vary but photographs will be supplied within a reasonable timescale.
The number of final edited images supplied will depend on the photography package booked.
Image Licence and Copyright

Clients receive a licence to use the delivered photographs for personal and professional purposes, including:

Casting submissions
Personal portfolios
Professional profiles
Personal marketing

The following restrictions apply:

Images may not be resold.
Images may not be licensed to third parties without prior written permission.
Copyright in all photographs remains the property of Neil Taylor Photography.
Portfolio and Promotional Use

Neil Taylor Photography may use photographs for portfolio, website, social media and other promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before or after the photography session.

Liability

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to provide a professional photography service, Neil Taylor Photography cannot accept liability for:

Indirect or consequential losses.
Technical failures outside reasonable control.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Website Use

The information published on this website is provided for general guidance only.

Intellectual Property
