Neil Taylor Photography<\/p>\n

Introduction<\/p>\n

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Neil Taylor Photography website and the photography services provided by Neil Taylor Photography.<\/p>\n

By using this website or booking a photography session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

Services<\/p>\n

Neil Taylor Photography provides professional photography services, including actor headshots and related photography.<\/p>\n

All services are subject to availability and may be amended or updated without prior notice.<\/p>\n

Bookings
\nAll photography sessions must be booked in advance.
\nBooking confirmation will be provided by email.
\nThe agreed session details, including the price, duration and deliverables, will be confirmed before the photography session takes place.
\nA non-refundable booking deposit of \u00a350.00 is required when making a booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance due. The deposit will be forfeited if you fail to attend your booked session without prior notice.
\nPayment
\nPayment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.
\nPrices are subject to change but any confirmed booking will be honoured at the agreed price.
\nCancellations and Rescheduling
\nIf you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
\nNeil Taylor Photography reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances.
\nDelivery of Images
\nFinal edited photographs will normally be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.
\nDelivery times may vary but photographs will be supplied within a reasonable timescale.
\nThe number of final edited images supplied will depend on the photography package booked.
\nImage Licence and Copyright<\/p>\n

Clients receive a licence to use the delivered photographs for personal and professional purposes, including:<\/p>\n

Casting submissions
\nPersonal portfolios
\nProfessional profiles
\nPersonal marketing<\/p>\n

The following restrictions apply:<\/p>\n

Images may not be resold.
\nImages may not be licensed to third parties without prior written permission.
\nCopyright in all photographs remains the property of Neil Taylor Photography.
\nPortfolio and Promotional Use<\/p>\n

Neil Taylor Photography may use photographs for portfolio, website, social media and other promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before or after the photography session.<\/p>\n

Liability<\/p>\n

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to provide a professional photography service, Neil Taylor Photography cannot accept liability for:<\/p>\n

Indirect or consequential losses.
\nTechnical failures outside reasonable control.
\nDelays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
\nWebsite Use<\/p>\n

The information published on this website is provided for general guidance only.<\/p>\n
